The Philippines is the #1 destination for medical outsourcing services due to the surplus of highly qualified registered nurses and the low cost of labor. For several years, the country put a lot of emphasis on nursing programs and even subsidized the education for medical providers as there used to be a huge demand for registered nurses worldwide. Everyone jumped on-board and millions of Filipinos have already been deployed throughout the world to work in the medical industry but now that those trends have declined, the Philippines is left with millions more RNs who are forced to take jobs in other industries like call centers and even fast food chains.

Even before we started offering medical outsourcing services, we had dozens of Filipinos working for our company on other accounts and performing different tasks such as phone sales, customer service, back-office etc. We have more registered nurses applying in our company than from any other field of study. Our corporate secretary, COO and much of our management were certified RNs who had to make career changes to work in another profession.
